Confidentiality policy:

Sport Talent “its type Individual Foundation” is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data entered by members enrolled in its application called (YOU) and providing services via mobile phone through its electronic application called “SPORT TALENT”, and in order to be able to access the application and browse through it and put your orders and reservations from it, you will have to create your own personal account within the application, which qualifies you to log into the application and order from it. When you create a personal account in our application, we will need you to fill in some personal data that will help us to complete your order and serve you professionally. Through this document, we will show how your sensitive and non-sensitive personal data will be used, so please read the confidentiality policy document carefully, that accordingly, by your use of Sport Talent application, the creation of your personal account, ordering products and making appointments through it, you acknowledge and approve to the collection, use, transfer, processing and control of your personal information as set out in this document.

First Article: Definitions:

Data Controller: It means our electronic application SPORT TALENT, which is the entity responsible for determining the time, reason and method of processing personal data and setting policies in line with Law No. (30) of 2018 regarding the protection of personal data in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Personal Data: Any information in any form that belongs to an identified person, or who is directly or indirectly able to be identified, in particular through his personal identity number or one or more of his physical, physiological, mental, cultural, economic or social identity characteristics.

Sensitive Personal Data: Any personal information that directly or indirectly discloses an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political or philosophical opinions, religious beliefs, syndicate affiliation, criminal record, or other data relating to his health or sexual conditions.

Processing: Any process or set of processes performed on personal data by automated or non-automated means, including collecting, recording, organizing, categorizing into groups, storing, modifying, amending, restoring, using or disclosing it, through its broadcast, publishing, transferring it, or making it available to third parties, merging, blocking, omitting or destroying them.

Data subject: the individual or person who is the subject of the data.

Second article: About the confidentiality policy:

 The purpose of the confidentiality policy is to provide you with information about how your personal data is collected and processed by your registration as a member of our electronic application, and since the online shopping needs to disclose some sensitive and non-sensitive personal data so that we can complete your orders and deliver them and serve you in a way which is consistent with our standards. Our confidentiality policy of our application shall remain under review and we reserve the right to change this policy from time to time, and if our confidentiality policy is changed, these changes will be posted on our electronic application, and if necessary, we will inform you with this by text messages or by e-mail or when logging in to Sport Talent application.

Third article: Personal data collected through our application:

1- Identity data: includes names, username, date of birth, address, gender.

2- Contact data: e-mail address, contact address, home address and delivery address if they are different from your address when ordering.

3- Financial data: bank account and payment card details.

4- Transaction details: includes information about payments, past services, previous orders, details of booking appointments and future purchases.

5- Technical data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, operating system, platform and other technologies used by the members subscribed in accessing our application.

6- Usage data: information about how you use the website, services or application.

Therefore, we would like to emphasize our commitment to protecting your sensitive personal data and we will ask for your explicit consent in the event that this type of information is collected and processed, so our use of this type of data will be specific and based on your consent or the approval of your parents or guardian.

In the event that you refuse to provide us with the personal information that we need, which has already been specified in this document, we may not be able to fulfill your order, and we will inform you with this with the reasons for our refusal of your orders.

We use cookies to distinguish you from other members in order to provide our services with the highest possible quality. In the event that you provided us with personal data related to other individuals in the order that you request through our application, for example: the address or contact data of a third party, you acknowledge that you have their authorization to provide their personal data to us, in the event that you refuse to provide us with any of the personal data required to complete your order and your service, we shall be entitled under this agreement to refuse or cancel your order.

When you provide us with your specific personal data in accordance with the third article of this document, you will be able to complete your order and do the online shopping process through our application, and then we will be able to manage our business in order to provide you with the best marketing services.

In the event that you register as a member of Sport Talent application, you agree to our use of your personal data to inform you with our other products and services that may be of interest to you, and authorize us to market our services and products displayed on our application through your contact data.

You also agree to the use of your data with third parties to inform you via phone or e-mail about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

We may need to use your personal data for research or statistical purposes, and we will maintain your personal data to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it.

We confirm to you that we only process your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected, which are described in this document, and that we will not use it for personal use or for any other reason.

Fifth article: Disclosure of information:

 Your personal data that you register through our application will be transferred and stored on our servers. Third parties contracted with us may process or view your personal data, including but not limited to:

Bankers, auditors, insurance companies, lawyers and other regulations bodies, shops, clubs or sports unions that have electronic stores on Sport Talent application, as well as sports coaches who have their own personal account with us, and to other third-party service providers, for example those who provide technical services, and who deliver your orders to you, and also the customer service staff.

 Accordingly, by sending your data to us, you agree to share it with third parties as required by the circumstances. And you acknowledge being aware that in the event of merging or entering into a partnership between us and any third party, we will transfer your data to our partners or our new company.

Sixth article: Data Security:

 We store your personal data on our secured servers and we will encrypt your payment transactions through our application using the encryption technology. When you provide your password to access our application, you are responsible for maintaining your password in our application, so DO NOT share your password with anyone. We ensure that your personal data is protected by using highly secured features to prevent attempts to lose, use or access your personal data by third parties as much as possible. In the event that your account is suspected to be hacked, you and any competent government agency will be notified with this if necessary in order to protect your personal information.

Seventh Article: Prohibited Uses:

As a member, you are not entitled to use the interactive services and products offered and available on the electronic stores or the personal accounts in our application in the following ways:

Violation of the laws in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain or international laws.
Fraudulent methods with illegal purposes such as deception and fraud.
Causing harm to others.
Submitting, uploading or using any material that is incompatible with our content.
Sending inappropriate advertising materials on our application.
Transmitting or uploading materials containing viruses, electromagnetic bomb, spyware, or advertising programs through our application or website.
Not to use, copy or resell any of the products or services in violation with our application policy.
Disabling any of the services offered through our application.
Offending comments on an electronic store, sports coaches, sports talents, sports unions, sports centers, sports clubs, or our application, whether on our application or on any social media means, or through local newspapers, media channels, or via the radio or text messages.
Showing sports talents for an illegal purpose or for the purpose of abusing the application in order to facilitate human trafficking.

In the event that you used any of the uses, as indicated above, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the criminal and civil legal liability for the harmful act you have committed, and you will also bear the liability to compensate for the damage you have committed to the affected party.

Eighth article: Interactive Services:

We have the right to provide interactive services to our customers and members from time to time, through the help request feature, in order to receive complaints and suggestions, and the ability to delete offensive comments through Sport Talent application. The Use of any Interactive Services by minors shall be subject to parental consent, and parents or guardians shall monitor their children for their safety.

Ninth Article: Intellectual Property Rights:

We are the licensee of all intellectual property rights in relation to our application called Sport Talent, its design, content, look, idea and services it provides, and these rights are protected by the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with the laws of intellectual property protection.

Tenth Article: Termination:

In the event that you violate any of the terms included in this document and our usage policy, we shall have the right to take the necessary measures, and we have the right to block you from our application according to your misuse of the application, and we have the right to refer to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures.

Eleventh Article: Applicable Law for Conflict settlement:

In the event of any dispute between the parties, this document shall be subject to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the competent judiciary to dispose the disputes that may occur shall be the Bahraini courts.
